BEAVERTON – Thermoforming Technology Group, LLC (TTG) announced today the acquisition of Lyle Industries of Beaverton, one of the leading thermoforming machinery manufacturers in the United States.

According to Mike Stein, Chairman of Thermoforming Technology Group, LLC, “This acquisition brings a great thermoforming brand into our group and allows Lyle to compete more effectively on a global scale.”

Founded in 1965, Lyle Industries is a leading producer of high-performance thermoforming equipment, trim presses and bottle trimmers. The company serves customers around the world with new equipment, parts, service and technology for a wide range of industries, including food packaging, horticulture, medical, retail and automotive.

The acquisition will provide Lyle the capability to develop major technological advancements which will greatly benefit both existing and potential customers and meet the growing demands in the marketplace. This acquisition will positively impact existing customers of Lyle Industries and will enhance and expand both product offerings and service capabilities.

As the demand for thermoformed products across all market sectors continues to grow, this acquisition will provide Lyle the ability to expand manufacturing capacity, enhance R&D for technological advancement, and continue their emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Thermoforming Technology Group, LLC is the parent company of Brown Machine LLC, EPCO LLC, and now Lyle Industries LLC all located in Beaverton.
